NYE Resolutions 2015

Happy New Years everyone!
Today's post will be short and sweet, like this past year was for me.

My resolutions for 2015 include:

 1. Enjoying the little things
2. Staying in the moment
3. De-stressing/meditating more
4. Learning to cook healthier & more often

I hope you all have a fun and relaxing start to the new year!

  8. One of my biggest things is probably eating healthier and getting in exercise almost everyday! Other than that, I don't like to make personal goals, but I did just write some blog goals if you're interested in checking them out : http://www.jenteablog.com/2015/01/blog-goals-for-2015.html

  37. I don't bother with NY Resolutions because I just don't stick with them. I did just write a blog post about my goals, though. I do need to meditate more, especially towards the time of the month... As for eating healthier, I just don't know how to acquire the taste of vegetables...

  38. Hmm as for vegetables I like dipping them in something else I like, such as hummus.
